How It Works

It all starts with an email. We keep things personal, simple, and tailored to what you want—not what an app thinks you want.

1. Drop Us a Message: Email info@flashbackstudios.co.uk with a rough idea of what you’re after. If you're not sure, we’ll send you a simple format to fill out.
2. Send Your Photos: We’ll create a private Dropbox link just for you. Upload your images—no limits, no stress. We work with everything you send.
3. Get a Quote: Once we’ve reviewed your photos, we’ll send a no-obligation quote based on what you need: editing, film, extras, and delivery speed.
4. Confirm & Pay: Choose your turnaround: Standard (14 days), Express (3 days), or Blind Panic (24 hours). Work begins once payment is received (via PayPal or bank transfer).
5. Delivery: You’ll get your final images or video via Dropbox or a memory stick (optional add-on).
6. Privacy: Once your order is complete - or if you choose not to go ahead - we'll delete your photos from our system. Your memories are yours. We don't keep backups or reuse your files.
